At RIKAVIM Medical, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect each product before shipment to help ensure it matches the product description.
Because many of our products are professionally inspected pre-owned medical equipment or compatible accessories, please review the following return policy before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The item arrives damaged during shipping.

You receive the wrong item.

The item is significantly different from its description.

The item is non-functional upon arrival (DOA).

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Items that have been altered, disassembled, or intentionally damaged.

Items showing damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Products returned without prior authorization.

Products that are not returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Pre-Owned Products
Unless otherwise stated, our products are professionally inspected pre-owned items. Cosmetic signs of normal previous use, such as minor surface marks or slight wear, are expected and are not considered defects.
The product condition shown in the listing accurately represents the item being sold.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or item not as described), we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For returns requested for other approved reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If an identical replacement is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale or bulk purchases may be subject to different return terms. Please contact us before placing a bulk order.
